Feeling off "down under." please help!

For the last few months I've had:

-light bleeding for almost a week after my periods.

-sour smelling/clear wet discharge on and off. (It's so bad I have to wear a pad sometimes.)

-slight pain during intercourse

-bleeding after intercourse

I went to my doctor October 22nd and had her do a vaginal swab and pap smear. The results from the swab came back negative and she stated she didn't see anything abnomal about my uterus.

Should I seek another doctor for assistance?

I am still having light bleeding after my last period and now I have sticky white discharge. Not sure if it's from ovulation because I have never tracked my ovulation before. The discharge is thick enough to roll into a ball and is solid white in color. I've had it a few times before.

I am so tired of feeling off "down there" for the last few months and tbh it's not helping with my anxiety either.
