Depends on why they are financially unstable. Like did some emergency happen that caused the instability or are they just financially irresponsible?

If it's down to laziness.. then no.. I would lose all respect.
It isn't fair to put all of the financial burdens on one person.
Bills have to be paid.. it's called being a responsible adult.

Take it from a girl who got used left and right by a guy who was beyond financially irresponsible and a responsible in every which way shape and form. He couldn’t keep jobs, he use guilt and manipulation to get what he wanted, he grew up in the system so he could use that milk that story time as many women as possible to get what he wanted, he was bipolar, he had tickets in every single town that he would neglect that would turn into warrants and arrests and having to pay the fines and the bales and impounded cars etc. cost me a fortune to clean up all of his messes, not to mention he was homeless at one point sleeping on the floor in my office, he was just a piece of shit that while I was out working he was sleeping with half our town. I’ve never again will I mess with a tourist, never again will I mess with anyone who has any kind of mental issues, I ask everything they want upfront I wanna know if they’re jealous or possessive they’re spending habits if they’re you name it I wanna know it I don’t agree to anything until I know everything upfront I grill them I want to know all their baggage, if they’re controlling and possessive jealous insecure I want to know how they were raised what their relationship was like with their family with their mother, I want to know everything before I agree to anything. I got played, I got used, I got cheated on, I got took it advantage of, because he knew I didn’t want to be alone and I was emotionally attached due to having two miscarriages, my stupid ass stayed and I will never do that ever again.. I honestly don’t care what a guy does for a living, but as long as he’s not using me or taking advantage that’s a different story if he’s financially irresponsible that he neglects things on purpose no that’s not fair if he’s racked up $50,000 in credit cards or He can never keep a job he can never keep an apartment you can never keep a cell phone etc. and now all of those things are red flags to me absolutely not.￼￼￼

I agree it depends why. I got with my husband when he was ‘unstable’ but he had an accident and then had to pay to get out of a job ‘contract’ sorta🤷🏻‍♀️
