Can anyone help?
Ok, so I'm trying to conceive baby #1 after a miscarriage in Febuary. I'm getting really bad cramps, feeling sick on and off, lower back is constantly aching and I've noticed I need to go for a wee a lot more. I don't normally get cramps this bad when ovulating and glow says that I have past my ovulation window. Could these be signs of early pregnancy or not? Thanks in advance, baby dust to everyone x
