Is this a Karyotype screening?

My PCP ran an extensive blood panel on me last year after my 2nd miscarriage, but honestly I don’t remember what he specifically told me about it. It was before my brain was fully submerged in infertility so a lot of stuff that was explained to me was very foreign and didn’t register.

I had a consult this morning with our new RE in preparation for starting IVF and she mentioned wanting to run a Karyotype screening on me for reoccurring miscarriage. Can someone tell me if this is that test? I honestly have no idea what I’m looking at.

Also - if this isn’t the Karyotype screening then is it even worth doing if we are doing PGT? I guess I don’t really see what it would change by doing the screening.
