Has anyone ever had flagged hcg levels on life labs ?

That hcg level is actually doubling from my previous result so I don’t know why it’s flagged ...?

I had to search this as well as I don’t get to speak to my doctor until next week.   I guess it often gets flagged with Life Labs as a non pregnant female would be less than 5.   So since you are pregnant and have a higher than 5 HCG level, you are “out of range”

Cause it’s raised that’s all. But it’s normal. On their system the ‘normal’ range will be <5 so anything above it will flag. Don’t worry!

The lab doesn’t distinguish between somebody checking hCG just to monitor pregnancy and someone checking hCG for let’s say heart surgery to make sure they’re not pregnant. ￼
