Last baby
Anyone in their last pregnancy? I keep feeling so sad this journey is almost over! I’ve been pregnant for so much of my life I don’t know how to handle never being pregnant again. Never taking another pregnancy test, never delivering again, never holding my newborn again!!! So many feels 😭😭
