Cyst on Placenta

The doctor just told me today that during the first trimester screening they saw a cyst on the placenta. She didn't go into much details about it, because she said she didn't know much about what was going on with it. So now they've scheduled another ultrasound to see what's going on. Has anybody had a cyst on their placenta and still had healthy babies? Ever since she told me today I can't help but ask if something's gonna go wrong. This is ultimately a huge scare. I am also currently 16w4d.
