New to the group - advice ❤️
Hi, new to the group.
Had a miscarriage 8 years ago (unplanned pregnancy) and this miscarriage was at 9 weeks.
My husband and I then started officially trying in 2017, had no success and joined a reproductive clinic where I had endo and a large cyst removed from my ovary during surgery in August 2019.
After this surgery, and with the help of letrozole, I had the following pregnancies:
M/C December @ 5 weeks
M/C April @ 11 weeks
M/C June @ 6 weeks
M/C September @ 5 weeks
And now today.. M/C @ 7 weeks
In total, 6 miscarriages. 4 this year.
Because 3 of these pregnancies were classified as chemical, and one occurred 8 years ago, the term ‘recurrent miscarriages’ has been hard to get through to the medical professionals I see.
Now after this one I’m finally pushing HARD to have any and every test done to figure out why this keeps happening.
As of my surgery in august last year, I’ve really had no ‘issues’ getting pregnant, it’s remaining pregnant that is now a problem.
Please let me know what testing you have gotten that you would recommend I take note of as a discussion point for my specialist, I’d be very grateful.
If you’re still here and read this far, Thankyou ❤️
