Should i let my doctor know ?

Today i went for a 3d/4d ultrasound and was told that i’m measuring two weeks ahead of the due date i gave them. Should i let my doctor know considering i haven’t had an ultrasound in 9 weeks? 
Here’s some of our 3d pics as well.. We made her cry in the last photo bc we woke her up haha

Most of the time it doesn’t matter a whole lot, they’re still going to go by your gestational but they would want to do their own u/s most likely as confirmation rather than relying on a private outside service (unless it was also a doctor who did the 3d)
Plus babies go through growth spurts and grow at different speeds so it probably wouldn’t hurt to tell your doctor what you found out and let them make the decision to do another in house scan or not.

Usually they send ultrasound to the doctor...do they not do this at your office?

I measured two weeks ahead starting at 18 weeks and at 30 weeks he was measuring 3 weeks ahead

It can be a sign of GD. Did you had a glucose test?
