30 weeks discharge

This is my third baby and I remember getting nervous with each pregnancy that I’m leaking fluid and it always turns out to just be extra discharge. I carry very low and at this stage I normally have a big increase in watery milky discharge that barely even gets on my underwear. I just feel like I’m leaking more than I usually am. Anyone else have this? I’ve been on my feet a lot and have been super crampy since baby is so low and my discharge has really picked up. Also, third pregnancy is no joke!
