Anybody have any ideas on how to help with coppery blonde hair to tone it? I always have this issue every time I dye my hair with blonde bc I have hard water at my house. I do use purple shampoo all the time but I just need some extra oomph to tone it!

Genova No Yellow!!! It’s a bit pricey but it works from day one. I live by it I use it once a month sometimes longer. My hair went from brassy to silvery/purple in 10mins.

Another round of bleach and toner

Try blue shampoo. It takes the brassy out of it. Same concept as purple but blue works a bit better. And I would recommend the joico brand

You could try putting the purple shampoo on dry hair and leave it in for an hour or so.

Leave purple conditioner in your hair for 5 hours then rinse not shampoo just purple conditioner

Do you color it yourself? If so next time go to Sally's, they have a little packet thats suppose to help prevent copper and you just put it in the dye. Its always worked for me when I go brown.
