Penetration hurts

Hi. I’m 17 and recently whenever I am penetrated (either with a dildo or my own fingers) my cervix hurts. My ovaries have also been hurting. I’ve been sexually active with other people before but haven’t since March (also my boyfriend is long distance). This pain only started a few days ago. I also feel tighter than usual and my vagina can’t really stretch as much as it was able to before the pain. Generally just any type of pressure in that area hurts and it kinda worries me. I’m hopefully seeing a gyno soon but I’d like some other opinions beforehand! Thanks
