Napping

I’ve been practicing putting my baby down for naps and he has been doing much better than few weeks ago thanks to takingcarababies class 😅😂But the minute i feel i’ve gotten the hang of things, it’s been a day or two, he will just cry his eyes out when i put him down for a nap and i have to carry him. Have your babies been consistent or differ from day to day ? I don’t feel comfortable letting him cry for more than a minute or so , and i end up picking him up.
