Twin/gender reveal

So on thanksgiving we are letting out family know we are having twins. I am 20 weeks and they just think we r having one baby. Hubby and I made gender reveal boxes but looking for ideas to tell them we are expecting two before bringing in the boxes revealing the gender. All ideas are welcomed. 😜we thought about having the grandparents open gifts that symbolizes twins. Like doublemint gum and two onesies.
