My narcissist ex  sent me a text  HBD🌹🌹 after 4 months of no contact! 
He saw me posting pics all these 4 months but never contacted me he ONLY stalk! 
On my birthday I posted a pic of the birthday. He sent HBD 
What do you think? 
Should I reply back? Or no?
