Cesarean scar/pain

I'm currently 16 weeks. I had a cesarean two years ago. Does anyone feel pressure around the scar area throughout the day? Sometimes it hurts so bad where I almost shed tears and bend down. It's not a cramp feeling, more of a ligament stretching feeling but a much stronger one. I had my first child naturally and barely remember ligament pain and the same with my second but I ended up having an emergency c-sec with him. I guess I'm wondering if the ligament pain is different because I've had a cesarean? Sometimes it feels like everything is going to fall out of the scar :/
