Sour cream taste.....😬

Hey, so I’m 17, and my bf is 19, which isn’t very important to the story but it give some context but anyway, the other day we were doing the dirty and I was giving him head for a min, and it had a sting sour cream taste... I obviously don’t know what it means or if i should say anything, I don’t want to upset him or freak him out but like idk it was very unpleasant and I just don’t know what it means or what to do, to be fair though, we had already gone a round or two so I’m also kind of worried because maybe I made it taste like that??? However nothing feels smells or looks different with me, so im just not sure... Please help!!!
