Any tips for weaning toddler from breastfeeding?? Ugh please help 😭

I am still breastfeeding my 16 month old 2-3 times a day. I honestly have hardly any supply left because I’m 19 weeks pregnant and my supply has dropped significantly. My son is very attached to the boob whenever he wants comfort but I kinda need a break before baby #2 comes and don’t want him to be jealous when I am breastfeeding new baby. I want him weaned before the next one comes because tandem breastfeeding just sounds like too much. On top of it all, he is cutting his molars so I just want to comfort him and breastfeeding is all that calms him sometimes. Any advice is appreciated!
