My ex’s mom..

So i recently had a baby. During my pregnancy I seen my ex’s mom in a public place and we chit chatted for a sec and she said she coupons and has some baby diaper and wipes for me and I’m the only person she know with a baby coming.. so she gave the stuff to another one of her family members that I work with to give to me.. so then my grandma calls me and says someone has brought like 5 bottles baby detergent and left it on the porch. So then i get message from my ex that she had left them.. ok cool. So then another message a few weeks later that she left another gift of clothes and wipes on the porch.. I’m really thankful of the things of course but I told my fiance that she was doing this and he got kinda upset and says I shouldn’t accept the gifts from her. Me and my ex don’t communicate at all. Only until now. Should I accept the gifts or try to tell her to stop?

Edit: this is my ex’s mom. This isn’t her son’s baby. We broke up over 3yrs ago.
