Not getting pregnant.

Hi guys my boyfriend and I been together for 3years and we are trying to have a baby but it has not happened yet. When he comes the sperm comes out the same way it goes in.  And my doc said I'm ok but u has not gone to check him self (always busy) we are 24-26 I don't understand why I don't get pregnant. Please help:(
