Hypnobirthing
I've been pretty interested in hypnobirthing. I'm currently pregnant with my first. Now this first time around I'm probably gonna do epidural (plz no shaming in the comments) but for baby #2 whenever that happens I may be more interested in hypnobirthing. Anyone care to share their experience
