What worked for nausea relief?

Question

I’ll be four weeks on Wednesday and my nausea has been getting worse. 
It doesn’t help that I cant get rid of the nasty taste in my mouth 🤢
I see a lot of products that supposedly help, but not sure if they’re legit. 
What worked to ease your nausea?

Ginger and lemon tea. Ginger and banana smoothies. Basically anything with ginger haha. I buy fresh ginger and make my own tea and smoothies for maximum benefit. Also bubbly water and saltine crackers helps a ton.

Nothing 😩 All of the normal nausea relief (lemon, peppermint, ginger, etc) all made me more nauseous. The only thing that gave me relief was sleep because then I couldn’t think about it. If you can still swallow pills you can try B6, but usually I would throw them up before they could take effect. The times I was actually able to stomach them I think they did help a little to prevent me from throwing up and gagging, but I still felt nauseous.
