Weight loss during pregnancy?
Is it safe to lose weight during pregnancy? Not by restricting calories but diet change that ends up making your calories less? Like salads instead of fast food for lunch and grilled/baked chicken instead of fried?
My BMI is 38. I weight 230lbs and I’m currently 5 weeks 5 days pregnant. If I’m honest with myself I probably eat 2,500-3000 calories a day. Half of which is from just lunch because of fast food. If I change my diet and end up losing weight, will baby be okay?
