Can I contact someone about this?

My husband has crossed a line now and he doesn’t see the issue so I’m leaving. I want to file a police report but I’m not sure I can because we are married but he would have sex with me in my sleep. I have a sleep problem and pass out and can barely be woken up and I have woken up so many times to him on top of me and I hate hate hate it. I have talk to him about it and told him like that’s rape don’t do that and it’s happened soooo many times since. He said he has no recollection of it but I’m not staying with someone who has sex with someone and can remember so if he can’t remember and stop I can’t stay. Opinions?
