What could it be??

I went to the doctors for back pain about 2 weeks ago. They done a blood test and when I went back they said everything was normal. Then I told the doctor I was experiencing mild cramps in between periods too. She felt my stomach and said my bladder was tender and she's sending me for a scan. What could this be? Has anyone else experienced this?
