What can I do I haven’t breast fed my daughter all day because I want to wean her so far it’s working but man they are hurting and huge what can I do?

I personally would have gradually dropped one feed a day. Like one week, drop one etc, then boobs have time to catach up.
You probably need to to the same with pumping now.

You still need to pump/express !

You have to slowly wean or you’ll get mastitis. You drop one pump a week/or one feed a week.

You’re not supposed to just stop completely. You’re supposed to drop one feeding at a time so you don’t become engorged which can result in blocked ducts or worse

It took me about a month to stop completely.no pain just drop feedings in between. Then just for the night.
