Ab Workout Modifications
Hi everyone -
I am just about 14 weeks, second pregnancy. My
doctor gave me clearance to workout but told me to avoid certain ab exercises like crunches. Are there any fitness people out there that can point me toward some pregnancy safe modifications to make for things like crunches and leg lifts.
I’m not looking to build my abs, obviously. I am looking for core strengthening to help me as I progress through the pregnancy.
I see my doctor again next week and will ask for more clarification then as well.
