Prenatals making me sick?

For the past few days I’ve been throwing up about an hour after I take my prenatal vitamins. I usually take it with some food at lunch. I’m just wondering if anyone else has this problem?

Take them at night! I’m 35 weeks and will throw up if I take them at any other time of day regardless of when I eat. There’s just something different I guess about taking them at night 🤷‍♀️Take them after you eat your last meal maybe wait 10-20 minutes and then take them. That helped me!

Yes. I changed to taking mine right before bed and it helped a lot!

I get an upset stomach from my vitamins so I also switched the time when I take them before bedtime.

I spoke with the pharmacist about this and I believe they said it can be related to the amount of iron in the pills? They switched me to a different one and I haven’t been nauseous from it since. I’m bad with remembering meds so switching time of day wouldn’t have been good for me haha

I switched to gummies when mine did this. You just have to remember that the gummies usually don’t have iron in them.
