Heart broken advice please?? 😔

So I’m supposed to be 4 weeks 5 days yesterday I went to the Er because I had a bit of pink spotting. Did a hcg test levels came back at 2,650 something but my uterus didn’t have a sac in it so there say either molar or ectopic so I’m waiting until tomorrow to take the pill to induce miscarriage or a d&c if it’s a molar the reason they think it’s a molar is because a week ago it was at 82 and now there over 2,650. I’m so scared and heart broken. The doctor said there is no hope and I’m just wondering what to expect and when can I try again?

Went to the Er per requested to do a repeat ultrasound and hcg beta

There was indeed a sack measuring 5weeks in my uterus where it should be ! Also my numbers went from 2,665 to 6,044!!! Thank you guys so much for your encouragement!
