Best travel baby monitor?

Sorry- I'm not sure where to post this. Let me know if there is another group but I'm curious on what your favorite baby monitor is and what baby monitor is good for traveling?

For my son we used Motorola that didn't connect to your phone and it was big so I couldn't travel well with it. My son is still 15 months and will be almost 2 when my next baby is born, so I want to upgrade monitors.

Any suggestions?
