Mildly Enlarged Liver

So, I'm almost 28 weeks and started itching like crazy about 2.5 weeks ago. I ended up calling the doctor this past week and they sent me for bloodwork immediately to check my bile acid levels. Those results won't be back until next week though.

The next day I started having intense RUQ pain. I was told by the on call doctor to go in to L&D immediately. They put me on the fetal monitor and did bloodwork and an ultrasound on my gallbladder. Bloodwork came back normal and I was told my gallbladder looked fine.

Well, I just recieved the ultrasound report and it says I have mild hepatomegaly or a mildly enlarged liver. I'm still itching like crazy and have the RUQ pain.

Has anyone else had an enlarged liver during pregnancy?
