PCOS and one ovary

Can anyone help me with this...when i was 15 (33 now) i had my left ovary removed due to an "ovarian mass" 6.5lbs the size of a basketball. I was told i wouldnt be able to have kids. 14 years later i welcomed my beautiful baby boy into the world. Now trying for #2 for almost 2 years and no luck ☹. Does me having only 1 ovary mean i only ovulate every other month? I get my period every 29ish days. TIA any opinions are appreciated!
