Would you find this annoying??

We have new landlords. The house was sold and the tenants were apart of the agreement to stay.

Never had any issues with the old landlords. But the new ones are just a little irritating!!

Demanding that we pay more rent (which is illegal right now). Not fixing things (like the washing machine dumping water on the floor). Blaming us tenants for the hallways timer lights not going on.

But here is the most annoying thing.

Rent is due on a specific day. The 15th of every month.

No where does it say what time we have to pay our rent. Its just the 15th day of every month. Simple enough I think!

Our old landlords never gave us any grief. FYI there are 4 tenants including myself and we all paid our rent on the proper date. I usually sent my rent at about noon. I dont know what time specifically everyone else sent theirs.

But the new people will call, email, and text us at 6-7AM demanding the rent telling us it is due and asking where is it and such. And not like a courtesy message as a reminder of some sort. I mean half a dozen missed calls, three voice-mails, two emails asking where the rent is and to return their calls along with a few text messages.

I mean it isn't illegal but it's just annoying as hell! I mean half the time I'm still asleep when this goes on! And I just think its unprofessional and inappropriate of them to bug us all soooo much about it.
