Help?!?!

So I’m 11 dpo. I’m always on time. Always! I got some bleeding today. But I’m not cramping. I’m showing no signs of my pms. No cramping. No diarrhea. No cravings. Nothing. My boobs are swollen, my nipples are huge, my areolas are now covered in bumps. I’ve been nauseous. It’s a little heavier than implantation I think. But no where near as heavy as my normal period. Could I be pregnant? Am I out? I’m so confused. My body has given me clear signs.
