Would you let go of the past?

Me and my boyfriend have been together for almost 4 years, we started going out when we were 17(remember). We’ve been long distance because of well school and too young to make a big move.

I found out recently he kept me around at the beginning to kind of show me off and stuff (you know with long distance you can get away with anything) also doing stuff like looking at girls butts and when he went to prom he was dancing with other girls (especially a girl I don’t like🥴) having the time of his life. but what he told me that night of the prom he didn’t really do anything but sit at a table (said it was boring). I didn’t go to my prom or anything, I left hs to do online school so any social life I had dropped and none of my “friends” invited me to the prom. I guess he had secrets here and there that I wouldn’t be okay with if I found out back then or even if he was doing that stuff now, but he was young.

Things have changed (both 21) for the better obviously, at least I think haha. We’re still together he’s not just keeping me around to “show off” but he really does love me (planning to be married), but I’d like to know your thoughts and hows you feel about it? Thank you.
