Could I be pregnant?

So I had regular sex last month, I did get a bleed but it was very light compared to my normal bleed (I bleed fairly heavy) it only lasted 3 days 2 of then just spotting... it was also a day late so I took a test the day of my missed period it was negative 🤦‍♀️ my bleed was the 13th-15th of November but the last few days I’ve had regular sickness & cramping trying to figure out if I should take a test or just wait the two weeks to see if my next cycle turns up... thank you for reading xx
