Introducing myself

Kaci

Hi ladies! My name is Kaci! I just found out on Nov 22nd that I’m pregnant after 4 years of trying with no success. I was diagnosed with pcos in 2015 and was basically told I would need help to conceive. This is my second pregnancy but my first ended in a miscarriage in 2012. In August I started taking vitamins to try and get my pcos under control. Within a month and a half I had my first period without having to get my prescription to induce one. My periods were nonexistent. October passed and I wasn’t expecting a period to happen again because I didn’t normally have them on my own anyways. But just to be certain I still took a test on oct 13, and it was negatives. Didn’t think much to it. About a week before I tested the second time I started getting light on and off cramping and my boobs started hurting, hurting to the point of wake up at night if I were laying on them. I let that go on for a week and said I’d test just to see. Seeing the line appear had me in shock. What I was told would be impossible without medical help, was happening without! I called my Ob the next morning and got my blood drawn that day to check hcg levels and my progesterone because I have trouble producing it on my own. My hcg levels confirmed I was early pregnant 4 weeks, putting me at conceiving at the beginning of the month. My progesterone levels were at a 9.4 so my doctor went ahead and had me taking progesterone. So far my symptoms have been Lower back aches, on and off cramping every now and then and then maybe once a day it get intense almost like a jab big pain shooting in my vagina(worries me to death when it does that), breast tenderness and they are pretty full and heavy feeling, restlessness, no appetite, lost my sex drive, I’m starting to pee more frequently, and just the overall feeling of being run down. So far no nausea or anything! I have my first appointment dec 17th where I should be approximately 8 weeks. Im thinking I’ll be due around July 30th give or take! I’m praying I have a sticky baby! Anyways, if you made it this far, thanks for reading! :)
