what do contractions feel like ??

this is my first pregnancy, i’m 38 weeks and been having cramps and nausea for 3 days now . i just don’t know what they feel like 😣

Oh you will know when its a contraction... everyone is different for some it feels like really bad period cramps and some people really feel cramping in their backs. For me...if you've ever had horrible diarrhea cramps... its that but like 50 times worse. Your whole belly gets rock hard and sweaty all over and its takes your breath away. I personally can't move or talk during one.
