Weird rash?? 😢

Hi ladies! Let me start by saying I’m allergic to the dumbest stuff.. I recently started getting this rash (pic below) and it started on my chest, arms and armpits so I thought it was this new laundry fabric softener I was using so I stopped using it two weeks ago.. I’m still breaking out though. It even happens when I go to my boyfriends, and he uses All - Free & Clear laundry soap so I don’t think it’s the soap..

My question is, does this look familiar to anyone? And if you think it is the laundry soap, can breakouts happen this long after I stopped using it? I’ve been doing laundry for weeks re-washing everything in my house and now I feel like it was pointless lol. It won’t go away!

It starts with small bumps and barely noticeable marks (second pic) then I scratch it and it gets so much worse. I know I shouldn’t touch it but it’s so hard, it’s SOOO ITCHY!
