What is this dent?! 😭

I'm 11 weeks postpartum. And I just noticed this dent. I never noticed it there until today. I literally JUST took 2nd postpartum belly pics to see how much it goes down monthly, and it wasn't there last month or this month... Its also a bit painful inside where the dent is... its kinda weird in me out.

I think it’s just from the way the belly expands with pregnancy. Mine still hangs over in that area when I bend over at 14m 
 and a mostly flat stomach. If you’re worried about it and there’s pain I’d call the OB to see though ♥️

I have that, but I also got a c section. So it’s more so from my pooch and my weird square shaped belly...I believe I have diastasis recti.

If it’s painful you should show your doctor babe. Could be nothing but better safe then sorry
