Lab work?

How long does it take to get results from blood work? I went in today at 1:00 pm to check my levels. I’m stalking my MyChart like a hawk but nothings posted yet.... how long does it usually take to get your results back?

I've had a lot of blood work done lately and I've gotten all of my results back within 48 hours

Depends on if the lab is in house or they have to send the blood for testing. In house can be anywhere from a few hours depending on what they are testing to 2r hrs. If it is sent out can be several days especially with covid since those labs do tests for tons of issues/clinics.

I had a CBC done today. Blood draw was around 5pm and my results were posted online by 6:30pm. CBCs are quick though and they must have had nothing else to do.

Mine took 24 hours but depends on what state your in and your office since COVID a lot of labs are busy and may delay results
