2 week old swollen lymph nodes?

Our 2 week old baby has two small pea sized moveable bumps on the back of his lower skull. It has me worried. Are these just lymph nodes?

I was sooo concerned when I noticed this on my 4 week old and doctor said they’re normal and nothing to be concerned about. I would still have pediatrician feel them at the next appointment. Mine does at every appointment to make sure they’re not getting bigger.

Completely normal they're like that for a few months actually. With my first it kept me up at night 😂 I have anxiety and asperger's so I would constantly touch them and fester over it day and night. After my doctor finally got tired of me bringing it up I realized that it's normal and with my second haven't even batted an eye at them.
