3rd try for bfing
So I'm due in march with my 3rd baby and I'm hoping to breastfeed again. My 1st i lasted 2 weeks and quit due to mental health with my 2nd I lasted 3 months and my boobs just stopped producing enough milk that I tried substituting with formula. I was even trying to express and nothing was coming out so I ultimately gave up.
So my question is how can I bring milk back if I dry up again.. any tips or tricks
