How often should an almost 11mth old nap?

My daughter will be 11 months on the 7th. However, since she was around 7-8months, I feel like she hasn’t been getting to nap well at daycare. Everyday she comes home with a sheet about her day and it lists her nap times on there. She only takes about 1, 20-30 min nap during her 8hr stay there (and again this has been since she was about 7-8mths). On occasion she has 2 but this last month its only been 1. 
Her evenings with us are rough bc she’s exhausted so we try getting in a quick nap before bed to help. 
When she is home with us, or at our back up sitters if daycare is closed, she gets in at least 3 naps and one of them is always an hour to an hour and a half long. 
How often (and long) should she be napping? Am I right and she’s not getting enough at her daycare?

I feel like at this age (my son just recently turned 1) that they should get at least 2 naps a day and each should be about 1.5-2 hours. MAYBE you can start doing 1 longer nap, but your kid is def not getting enough sleep at daycare

My son has had just one nap a day since about 10 months old.  However, his naps have always been 1-2 hours, sometimes longer.  He is 26 months now and still has this same schedule with the occasional day or few that he doesn’t want to nap at all.  He is not going to a daycare though.  He is with me all of the time and most of that time is spent at home.  So he doesn’t get nearly as much continuous exercise and stimulation as your child in a daycare setting.  I think especially from 8/9 months until about 2, sleep is really important just for development alone, but also immune system and their overall mood.  She might just be too stimulated to be able to fall asleep there.  But I definitely think she should be getting more sleep at that age.

Around 15 months -
( he's 19m now) he's been doing 1 nap for only 1-3 hours no more than that .

At 11 months we were doing 2-3. Naps all about 30 minutes .

My son was taking two naps at that age. 9am/10am and 2:30/3:00. Both an 1-1.5 hours.

Probably doesn't feel very comfortable at daycare to do the naps. She def doesn't sound like she is getting enough :(
