ectopic bleeding vs period ??

Hey everyone so I’m freaking myself out here me and bf used a condom and pull out and pull out in October and he didn’t cum. I had Minor spotting during my fertile window . And then on the 20th of November I got a heavy bleed for 5-6 days . When I research it , it says “ectopic bleeding” how do I tell apart if it was my period or not ?? My period came on the expected date and was heavy I’ve also had one dizziness spell .
