how to prepare for labor during lockdown

Hi everyone, I have a question.

I am 30 weeks pregnant and I've been going out for small walks every day lately because I wanted to prepare my body for labor. But sadly, there are new covid restrictions in my country. So basically we are not allowed to go outside on the weekends. Do you have any exercise suggestions for me to do at home? What can I do to prepare my body for labor on the weekends? I really don't want to be lazy and sit on the couch for 2 days every week when we are so close to my due date.
