Could I be pregnant?

Ok so I have terrible anxiety so I could totally be overreacting. I lost my virginity on day 23 of my cycle. My cycle is usually 29-32 days long. We used a condom and I asked my bf to pullout because I was nervous about pregnancy. The condoms were new and we checked for tears before putting it on. I'm probably over reacting but could I be pregnant? My period is in 1 day and I've had a lot of abdominal cramps, tiredness, and nausea/upset stomach. Please help!
