Is anyone having trouble losing the pregnancy weight?

July 2020 mommas. My son is 4 months 11 days(19weeks) old. He was born 7/21/2020. breastfeeding only doesn’t want a bottle. He is my second child. My oldest is 16yrs old. Pre pregnancy weight was 175 lbs. Final pregnancy weight was 234 lbs. Currently weighing 224 lbs. HELP...

I started to walk more back in September. I’m finding ways to get my steps in. I went back to work on October 5th and take a walk on my lunch break, the fresh air clears my head and I feel better after my walk. At he beginning of November I started weight watchers; I’m down 8 lbs. I meal prep on days when my husband can watch the baby. I make half my plate vegetables, watch portion size, and drink water. 
I’ve started doing squats with the baby and shoulder raises with her.

Yes. Ugh. I’m the same as you. 
I’m just focusing on my baby right now honestly though. When I feel ready I’ll diet. I don’t want to fail though because I wasn’t ready.

Having trouble losing the last 30 pounds 😭 also doesn’t help that it’s the holiday season and it makes me wanna eat bad! Breastfeeding has bad it hard for me to lose  the weight and everyone told me it would help the weight fall off but nope I’m having the opposite problem

I was 114 before getting pregnant. I got up to 145 and I’m down to 120 right now. Honestly I just have been trying to live the same lifestyle as before I got pregnant. I eat fairly healthy but don’t obsess over it. I take my baby on walks if the weather is nice and my goal is to workout 3 days a week. If that doesn’t happen I don’t beat myself up about it. I’ve just tried to be patient and not worry too much about it and slowly but surely it’s coming off.
