Normal dr appt schedule for pregnancy?

Hi all- just curious if anyone would share with me your experience of doctor appts during pregnancy? I’m currently around 6w6d and my first ultrasound/appt is on the 11th around 8w. 
When should I expect the appts to follow?

With my first pregnancy I had appointments every 4 weeks till near the end then they were every 2 weeks and weekly at the end. This time my appointments will be much more spread out. I think I only have 2 appointments by 20 weeks.

With my doctor you have three ultrasounds at 6-8 weeks (early dating), 12 weeks (test for Down’s syndrome), and the 20 weeks (anatomy scan).
Between those you have regular appointments every 4 weeks until 28 weeks, every other week from 28 weeks-36 weeks and every week from 36-birth.

With my first, I saw my doctor around 5 or 6 weeks. She sent me for bloodwork to confirm everything. I went again around 10 weeks where she used the Doppler. I had ultrasounds (done at the hospital, not with my doctor) at 12 weeks (dating) and 20 weeks (anatomy). Typically that’s all they do but I had low platelets the second half of my pregnancy so they brought me in for a growth scan around 31 weeks. Baby looked fine (other than being breech) so I didn’t have to have another more ultrasounds. Aside from ultrasounds, regular appts were every 4 weeks, then every 2 weeks after that. I should have gone weekly at the end but it was Christmas and then I had my baby early Jan. You’ll likely have other random appts too depending if you have any issues. 
This time around is a little different with COVID. I had a phone appt at 6 weeks, going for bloodwork this week (I’ll be 8&3) since it’s the soonest I could book. I’m assuming ultrasounds will be 12 & 20, and I’ll probably see my doctor around 12 weeks as well, and every 4 weeks after that. They want me to see the hematologist this time as well so I’m not sure how often that will be.
