I’m supposed to be 6 weeks 1 day according to my last cycle. I did have 44 day cycles so they weren’t regular. Anyway last Wednesday I started spotting brown. My doctor told me to get my blood drawn, it was 1500 then on Friday I felt off so I went to the ER. They did a blood draw and US. The HCG was then 3000 which was great news and I was measuring at 5 weeks according to the gestational sac. Well my doctor wanted to do a follow up US today and I was measuring at 5 weeks 6 days. There was only a gestational sac. She didn’t seem worried and said everything looked perfect but I’m so worried that there wasn’t a yolk... has this happened to anyone?
